The intersection of Hawthorne and Russell Roads is already serviced with traffic signals and dedicated turning lanes so access and egress from the sight is quite easy. The site offers ready access to Hunt Club Road and to Highway 417 via the Walkley Road exit.
Special efforts have been made to provide abundant on site parking. Building coverage will not exceed 35% of the available land. The concept site plan provides 513 parking spaces for cars and 40 loading spots for large trucks. Future parking may also be available on adjacent lands owned by Ontario Hydro.
Module sizes in the flex buildings will range from 4-5000 square feet and units will be equipped with a dock level door, metal halide lighting, and 20’ ceilings. These specifications can be modified on a design build basis. The landlord will construct office and showroom areas as require by individual tenants.
