With the assistance of your diligence and negotiating skills, we have assembled one of the finest and largest development sites in the City of Ottawa. I also commend you on your input to the development concept and your assistance in having the property rezoned for office and retail uses. The property now has a significantly higher value.

I look forward to working with you in the future as the property is fully developed with new office buildings and retail stores.
