Scott joined Facilities Commercial Realty in 2003 after completing his B.A. in Economics at Carleton University and receiving his Project Management Certificate from Algonquin College. During this time Scott's focus has been on suburban office and industrial warehouse leasing and sales. Scott also manages, through Facilities Commercial Management, 300,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in Ottawa and Kingston. This management and investing involvment gives Scott an indepth knowledge of the closing process including dealing with lenders, engineers and lawyers.

In the community Scott volunteers and/or supports a number of local charities including the Orleans-Cumberland Community Resource Centre, the Royal Ottawa Hospital and CHEO.
