Facilities Capital strives for asset management excellence.  We are active co-investors of our capital along with our partners to maximize the return on real estate investment for everyone involved.  Our main focus is on long term holding of the assets, but we do not stray from short term turn around projects with anticipated buy-out dates.

Yes we may be a real estate brokerage, but don't let that stop you from bringing us a new real estate investment.  Our philosophy is to work with all real estate brokerages and sales representatives respecting any exclusive property listings they may have.  We guarantee we will not be "in your pockets" for half of a commission, our goal is to simply acquire further investments.  With this philosophy we think we all win when doing a deal.
